We will then schedule a site visit to look over possible locations for your point of sales and discuss best options and what type of machines or set up best suites you.
Absolutely not. All vending equipment is provided and delivered at no cost to you. There are no fees associated with equipment being at your location.
Not necessarily. While we would like a location to have at least 40 employees, we also consider daily foot traffic and your customer base. If you are not sure whether your location would qualify, please fill out the form on our website and we will discuss what your best options are.
Yes, you can request a snack machine, drink machine, micro market, or combo machine. Please let us know your preference. Once we do a site review, we will give our recommendations and together we will make a decision on what best suits your needs.
Our employees go by each of our machines on a weekly basis. Our up to date technology allows us to see how low machines are remotely from our warehouse location. Some busier locations require multiple visits in a week to make sure machines and micro markets are fully stocked. Our technology allows our employees to know exactly what they need for each machine before they visit, so that our trucks are fully stocked with what you need.
Yes! We always want to sell what people in your facility enjoy. We encourage locations to let us know what specific snacks, beverages, or other healthy options they would like to see in their location. We can provide a full product list of our top selling items across Oklahoma and also provide a survey to be handed out to employees to get their input.
Yes! We offer low calorie drinks, low sugar snacks, gluten free items, and even fresh selections in our micro markets.
We offer a variety of machines. Snack machines, drink machines, combo machines (snack & drink), micro markets, and AI technology smart coolers.
We offer all major snack & drink brands. Coca Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper are our main soda & drink distributor. Frito Lay, Herrs, Mars, Hershey, and a host of other snack providers.
In some cases, not all locations require a contract commitment. We can discuss this in person and help you understand your options and choose terms that work best for you and your location. If no contract is in place, we ask that we have a 60 day notice if you decide to change companies.
Vending machines themselves can be installed in 5-10 days. This timeframe will depend on your location, preferences, and what type of machines fit your needs best. Some installations happen faster than others depending on our inventory and what we may need to order for your specific location. We will always communicate timelines up front and coordinate convenient delivery for your location.
If you are experiencing poor service, low machine stock, or no response from your current supplier, we can quickly give you a better option. Fill out our form on the website and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Yes! At locations with a large number of staff and employees, we can implement a rewards program so that your team gets points for each purchase they make! Those points can then be cashed in for free products or a percentage off their purchase.
Snack Box FAQs
Our boxes are pre made snack based care packages ready to ship to college students, military members, and loved ones across the United States. We offer a large variety of snacks as well as different themed boxes for your choosing.
We currently offer five (5) different snack boxes year round. We also offer specialty boxes in the months of October, December, February, and April.
Free shipping is included with each order and will arrive in 2-8 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Yes, these states will require a $10 shipping fee. This must be paid at checkout in order to ship your package.
At this time, no. We do not offer international shipping.
Yes! We offer a pre-paid subscription that will lock you in for an 8-month period. We use the college calendar for this subscription and boxes will ship out September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May.
No. Packages are rejected from prisons due to the high security in those locations.
Yes! We offer free local delivery in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Coweta, Bixby, Glenpool, Owasso, Sapulpa, Muskogee, and Sand Springs.
